Kestrel Business Solutions Announces the Appointment of Alex Young as Client Liaison Director

Kestrel is very pleased to formally announce the appointment of Alex Young as a (Client Liaison) Director to Kestrel. Alex has over 14 years experience in the legal sector and joined Kestrel in 2006 as an Associate Director. Alex worked for 11 years at Linklaters where he was the ‘Systems Development Manager’ until 2001, the ‘Global Project Manager’ of the acclaimed SAP implementation in 2002/2003 and then the ‘Head of SAP Consulting and Development’ until 2006. More recently Alex has been working on various engagements ranging from programme management, interim departmental management and strategic services for a number of diverse legal firms.

This year has been a busy year for Kestrel and has seen them assist with the Ashurst, Bond Pearce and Mishcon de Reya upgrades to ADERANT 7.5. Kestrel typically provides the Docudraft, Inquiries & other customisations and SSRS development as well as Project Management, business analysis and testing consultants. Herbert Smith is currently utilising Kestrel resource for their upgrade and preparation work for Golden Gate. Reynolds Porter Chamberlain’s upgrade will include Business Intelligence. Taylor Wessing, Boodle Hatfield and Farrers are all clients going live in the future, also with Kestrel’s assistance.
