London, 09 July, 2011 –Kestrel Business Solutions e-Billing Flow is simple and quick to implement;
with a few flags and setup criteria at client level, the system dynamically creates docudraft templates, removing the requirement for in-house Docudraft expertise. The system extracts invoice data, dynamically creates the formats and submits the files once all criteria have been met. e-Billing Flow includes inquiry screens, reports, alerts and customizations at the client set-up level from which everything is controlled via parameters.
e-Bills can be tracked through multiple statuses such as created, uploaded, rejected, referred, awaiting approval, approved, not paid, partially paid, paid etc. The system supports all LEDES formats and won't impact on your existing billing data.
