Alex Young

Carol Cuthbert is the founding director of Kestrel and has been involved in legal implementations and consulting since 1996.

Carol has been involved in the Ashursts (CMS) implementation as Project Manager and at Clifford Chance (Keystone/Oracle) as the global training manager and UAT testing manager for their international rollout. Carol has trained and implemented systems in the UK, Japan, Germany, South Africa, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Carol continues to manage Kestrel in a fulltime capacity as the SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR and maintains close contact with clients as well as consultants.

Desiree Koch has been involved in legal implementations since 1998 and merged with Kestrel in 2003.

Desiree was involved in the Ashursts (CMS) as a system implementation analyst and training manager; Linklaters (SAP) where she obtained her ASAP accreditation and worked as an Integration Architect and Testing Manager; Hymans Robertson (CMS.net) as the Project Manager; and at Clifford Chance (Keystone/Oracle) as the London Implementation Project Manager. Desiree continues to manage Kestrel in a fulltime capacity as the FINANCE & AUSTRALASIA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Alex Young has been working in the legal sector since 1996 and became an Associate Director of Kestrel in 2006 and Director in 2008.

Alex worked for 11 years at Linklaters where he was the Systems Development Manager until 2001, the Global Project Manager of the acclaimed SAP implementation in 2002/2003 and then the Head of SAP Consulting and Development until 2006. Alex has worked on various engagements ranging from programme management, interim departmental management and strategic services for firms as diverse as Boyes Turner and Clifford Chance. Recently Alex has managed an international ADERANT 7.5 implementation. Alex is the CLIENT LIASON DIRECTOR.
